Privacy Policy

Brainaic stores only what you type into the registration form: your full name, your WhatsApp number in international format, your country, and an optional nickname.

We also store the campaign you joined, the moment you gave consent, and a one-way hash of your network address used solely to throttle abusive registrations. The hash cannot be reversed into an address.

Brainaic exists for one purpose: to let people who want to exchange contacts do so deliberately. Your details are used to build contact files that are shared with other participants of the same campaign — and for nothing else.

We do not sell data, run advertising, profile you, or share your details with third parties outside the campaign you joined.

Your record is only ever included in a contact file if you ticked the consent box during registration, have not withdrawn that consent, and have not been blocked or deleted.

Consent changes are timestamped and stored as an immutable history so that we can always prove what you agreed to and when.

Phone numbers are never rendered on any public page, never returned by any public endpoint, and never included in page source. Participant counters are aggregate numbers only.

Administrators must sign in and hold an explicit administrator role before they can see any contact detail. Every sensitive administrative action is written to an audit log.

Brainaic never sends you an SMS, a WhatsApp message, a one-time code, or any other verification request. If you receive one claiming to be from Brainaic, it is not from us.

After registering, you receive a private management link. From that page you can view your registration, withdraw consent, or permanently delete your record.

Withdrawing consent immediately excludes you from every future contact file. Deleting erases your name and number from our database entirely.

Contact files already downloaded by other participants before you withdrew cannot be recalled — this is a property of contact sharing, and it is why consent is collected up front.

Records are retained while the campaign you joined is active, and while your consent stands. Deleted records are removed immediately and are not archived.
