Terms of Use

You may register only your own name and your own WhatsApp number. Registering someone else's number, a number you do not control, or a fabricated identity is a breach of these terms and grounds for removal.

You must be old enough to consent to sharing your contact details under the law of your country.

Each WhatsApp number may hold one active registration. Attempting to register a number that already exists will be refused.

When you join a campaign and tick the consent box, you agree that your name and WhatsApp number may be included in a contact file shared with other participants of that campaign.

Brainaic does not control what recipients do with a contact file after they receive it. Only register if you are comfortable with other participants having your number.

Contact files are provided for community connection. You must not use them for bulk marketing, spam, harassment, scams, resale, or any purpose prohibited by the law of your country or the terms of the messaging service you use.

Abuse of a contact file may result in your own registration being blocked and removed.

Brainaic administrators may block or remove any registration that appears fraudulent, abusive, or non-consensual. Administrators may also close a campaign at any time.

Brainaic does not send verification codes, SMS messages, or WhatsApp messages. We will never ask you for a code.

Brainaic is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Brainaic is not liable for how other participants use a contact file you consented to appear in.

Brainaic is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
